(i) We operate a Lagos retail and online pharmacy specializing in rare, orphan, and ethical medicines and supplements, subject to stock and applicable law.

(ii) Product descriptions on the website are for information; a pharmacist may advise differently based on your prescription or clinical needs.

(iii) Prescription only medicines require a valid prescription before dispensing.

(i) You are responsible for providing accurate prescription information and a valid Rx for Rx only items.

(ii) We may refuse to dispense where a prescription is incomplete, illegible, expired, or clinically inappropriate.

(iii) Contact us to arrange refill support or prescription upload until a dedicated Rx portal is available.

(i) Virtual pharmacist consults and telepharmacy support, when offered, are for counselling and coordination — not emergency care.

(ii) Use of virtual tools is also governed by our Telehealth Consent where presented.

(iii) We may ask you to visit in person when that is safer or required.

(i) Shop products are subject to availability. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

(ii) Orders may be fulfilled by Lagos pickup or shipping where offered. Payment terms (including cash on delivery where available) are confirmed at checkout.

(iii) You are responsible for accurate delivery or pickup details.

(iv) Returns and refunds for shop products follow our Refund Policy.

(i) You may browse and, where enabled, checkout as a guest.

(ii) If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential.

(iii) We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or engage in fraudulent activity.

(i) Photos, logos, and content on this site are owned by RarePlus Pharmaceuticals unless stated otherwise.
