• Personal details: name, phone number, email address, and other details you provide when contacting us, creating an account, placing a shop order, or requesting a prescription refill.
• Shop and fulfilment details: products ordered, delivery or pickup preferences, and cash on delivery information where offered.
• Prescription related details you choose to share so pharmacists can verify and prepare an order.

• Payment details: when online card payments are enabled, limited billing information is processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Frank is our on site assistant for hours, products, refill help, and shop questions. Messages you send in chat may be processed to reply and improve the assistant. Frank does not give medical advice and is not a substitute for a pharmacist or clinician.
