Bring a valid ID, any current glasses or contact lenses, and a list of medications if relevant. Exam fees are paid at the clinic.
How often should I have an eye exam?
Adults should have a comprehensive eye exam every 1–2 years, even if vision seems fine. Children’s first exam is often around 6 months, again at about 3 years, then annually during school years. If you wear glasses or contacts, or have conditions like diabetes, you may need more frequent visits.
What are the signs that I need glasses?
Frequent headaches, eye strain, blurry vision up close or at distance, difficulty seeing at night, or squinting to focus can be signs you need glasses. A comprehensive exam determines whether corrective lenses are necessary.
What causes dry eyes, and how can I treat it?
Dry eyes can relate to aging, medications, environment, or prolonged screen use. Options may include artificial tears, prescription drops, and lifestyle changes like screen breaks. Your eye doctor recommends care based on severity — Observer won’t diagnose; book a visit for personal advice.
Are there ways to prevent common eye diseases like glaucoma or cataracts?
You can’t always prevent eye disease, but you can lower risk: UV-blocking sunglasses, a diet rich in antioxidants, avoiding smoking, regular exams, and managing diabetes or blood pressure.
Can I cancel or reschedule online?

Do you offer virtual appointments?
Optical consults can be virtual via Microsoft Teams. Full eye exams, fittings, and disease assessments are in person at Lekki or Enugu.
How does shop payment work?
Shop orders are cash on delivery — pickup at Lekki or Enugu, or shipping to your address.
