Refund Policy

At RarePlus Pharmaceuticals, your satisfaction matters. If you have an issue with a product or purchase, we will do our best to make it right. This policy covers shop purchases.

Our refund and returns window is 30 days from the date of purchase for eligible unused items. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging where applicable. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Opened medicines, supplements, or sealed packs that have been broken
• Prescription only medicines once dispensed (unless defective or we supplied the wrong item)
• Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive products after dispatch
• Gift cards or vouchers
• Downloadable digital products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds for prepaid purchases are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange a fair refund method with you (for example store credit or transfer).

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Email support@rarepluspharm.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong or defective item. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault.
