Meet Strepsils Original Lozenges - 16 Pack Sore Throat Relief
Strepsils Original lozenges deliver mild antiseptic action in the mouth and throat while you suck them slowly. Handy for short term scratchy throats from colds. Not a substitute for care if you cannot swallow, have high fever, or symptoms last.
How it works
Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every few hours as the pack directs. Do not chew or swallow whole. Space doses evenly. Stop when symptoms ease. See a pharmacist if pain is severe or lasts more than a few days. Keep unused lozenges sealed and away from children.
Side effects
Mouth irritation or mild allergy is uncommon but possible. Stop if swelling of the mouth or rash develops. Sugar content matters for people with diabetes; check the pack. Not for very young children who might choke on lozenges. Seek care for breathing difficulty or neck swelling.
